Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data the Armonia Stay website uses, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because the site collects very little.
1. Who we are
This website is run by the owners of the Armonia Stay holiday homes in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, as private individuals (not a company). They are responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any question about your data, write to info@armoniastay.com.
2. What the website collects
The website has no contact forms, no visitor accounts, no newsletter and no statistics or advertising trackers. You can browse it without giving us any personal data.
3. Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies for visitors: your language choice is part of the page address (pages in Greek start with /el/), so nothing needs to be stored in your browser. The admin area uses one cookie for the people who manage the site; visitors never receive it. Google Maps may set its own cookies, but only if you choose to load a map (see below).
4. Fonts and maps from Google
The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens. The map on each home page is loaded only when you click "Show map"; Google Maps may then set its own cookies. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Calling or emailing us
If you call a host or email us, we use your name, phone number, email and the details you give us (dates, number of guests) only to answer you and to arrange your stay. We keep this information only as long as needed for the stay and for our legal (tax and accommodation) obligations.
6. Bookings on other platforms
Buttons such as "View on Booking.com" take you to that platform; your booking there is handled under its own privacy policy. The availability calendar on our pages is read from our channel manager (Hosthub) and shows only dates — no data about you is sent to it when you visit our site.
7. Hosting and security
Like every website, our hosting provider keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify visitors.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@armoniastay.com and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
9. Changes
If we change how the website uses data, we will update this page. Last updated: 20/10/2026.
